Our consultants believe in serving the communities in which we live and work.

Dayton Hultgren’s community service includes work with the Minnesota Council of Nonprofits, Mayville State University Foundation, Minnesota Planned Giving Council Board of Directors, Indiana Center on Philanthropy, Association of Governing Boards, Council for the Advancement and Support of Education, Minnesota Vital Aging Network Leadership Advisory Board, Berkeley Graduate Theological Union, national accreditation associations and regional/national church agencies.  He has been recognized with an Honorary Doctorate degree and Distinguished Alumnus award.

Bob Bunger was appointed by Governor Arne H. Carlson as a founding board member of the Center for Rural Policy and Development.  He was reappointed to a second term by Governor Jesse Ventura and subsequently elected treasurer of the board.  He has also served on the boards of the Upper Midwest Community Policing Institute, the Minnesota Council on Health, Rum River Interfaith Caregivers and Rum River Health Services.  He was also a gubernatorial appointee to the board of the Minnesota Humanities Center.

Bob has been elected to both the Milaca city council and Milaca school board, and he has also been involved with numerous activities including the city planning commission (past chair), economic development commission, chamber of commerce (past president), Lions Club and community education advisory council (past chair).  In addition, he was the volunteer fundraising chair for the Milaca Area Library building campaign.

Dianne Tindall Hennes has served as a member of the boards of directors of Senior Resources, Oakwood Residence and the University of St. Thomas Alumni Association.   She is a member of the Board of Advisors of the School of Social Work of the University of St. Thomas, the Advisory Council of the Meadowbrook Collaborative, is past Chair of the Board of Advisors of the St. Louis Park Community Foundation and past President of St. Louis Park Sunrise Rotary.  She was recognized as a Rotary International Paul Harris Fellow for her service to Rotary in 2005.  Her professional memberships include the Minnesota Planned Giving Council and AFP.

Katrina Pierson currently serves as chair of the Central Minnesota Sustainability Project in St. Cloud, MN. She is also an active volunteer with the African Women’s Alliance and has contributed more than 1,000 volunteer hours as an ESL tutor to the St. Cloud District’s Adult Basic Education Program.
