Grant resources for workshop participants

As a follow-up to our May 3 grant workshop, here are a few links to resources to assist you in your grantseeking efforts.

  1. The Minnesota Council on Foundation’s Grants Directory Online provides information on 1,000+ funders in Minnesota for an annual fee of $175 for a single user. They also offer a tour of the site for you to check out before purchasing a subscription.
  2. The Foundation Center provides both the Free 990 Finder as well as access to their Grants Directory featuring more than 10,0000 U.S. grantmakers (for a fee). However, the Central Minnesota Community Foundation and Brainerd Library are both Foundation Center partners and house the directory for free public use. Just call them to reserve a time to search the database.
